| Introduction | Once upon a time last September, we moved into our dorm at the University of Ottawa with shiny new meal plan cards clenched in our fists. It didn't even take a week before Emmy realized she couldn't bear it. She cancelled the over-priced, fatty, gross plan, and embarked on a mission to feed ourselves well in two little dorm rooms, with no access to an oven. Then the adventure began. |
