| Introduction | I am 23, living in Dublin and trying to gain some Writing experience by volunteering freelance work For Dublin based Magazines and websites, with the hope of attending college as a mature student to study Journalism. I have FETAC lvl 5 qualifications in Film Production and Editing but want to gain more knowledge in writing as it is my passion. I have been published in Connected Magazine, regularly submit works to some independent local newspapers and have been credited as a Contributor on Connector.ie. I have also began submitting work to Goldenplec.com. More to come I hope! |

| Favorite movies | All films written by Shane Black, All films written and directed by John Hughes( mostly 80's tho) Ghostbusters1+2, Monty Python, Almost Famous, the Goonies, The big Lebowski, anything by Paul Thomas Anderson, anything by Wes Anderson, Roland Emmerich is the King of disaster films!(I dont care what anyone says!) The Monster Squad! and of course, Doctor Butcher M.D. (Medical Deviate)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! James Cameron is gifted. Dazed and Confused! Most Scorsese Films..... (Aviator sucked a bit). Shaun of the Dead, Starship troopers, Batman Returns, Labyrinth, Never ending Story, Eternal Sunshine and many more. |

| Favorite books | Graphic Novels are the new Novels! I have read Watchmen, Constantines Hellblaizer and of course the greatest one of all, Preacher. 100 Bullets is pretty good too. Currently reading the complete short works of Leo Tolstoy then War & Peace! The Dirt, Fear and loathing, In cold Blood, LOTR(seriously, i read it before the films wer out!) Robert Ludlum books are good too. And Vernon God Little! Hammer of the Gods, Mario Puzo books, Donnie Brasco. Right now im getting back in touch with my youth by reading the full Adrian Mole series by sue Townsend. I love M.C. Escher but am a great admirer of late Renaissance and Baroque painting. Fave piece of art: Maids of Honour by Diego Velasquez. My next books to read are To Build A Fire by Jack London and Walden by Henry David Thoreau. Special place in my heart for the Adrian Mole series! |
