| Introduction | Our approach is very eclectic, with an emphasis on enjoying great books and following our individual passions. Some of my children have graduated and are now in college or grad school, but there are still several kids learning at home. Our days are busier than ever, requiring me to regularly recite my motto: RELAX. In my "free" time, I read mysteries, write novels and children's books, study history and theology, bake with whole grains, and lift weights. Patty Griffin and Bruce Cockburn are two of my favorite musicians, and I have to admit I am an avid LOST fan. |
