| Introduction | I'm a seller of vintage sewing patterns at www.ornamentgal.com. I love the illustrations on old pattern envelopes. Sewing is fun. I design wonderful dresses in my mind...few of them make it to fabric. Reading cookbooks and collecting recipes is a passion of mine. I used to only cook salad. Now I'm quite adventurous. We make homemade tortillas in the woodburning fireplace. I've cooked bread in ashes (not as ashy or trashy as you might think). Ok, I'll admit it. I wouldn't mind a good ice storm that took out power for a day or so. Yes, I know what I'm asking for...when I was growing up that happened a lot in winter. |
