| Introduction | As teachers, we are in the profession of helping mold the young minds of our students. Educating is an interpersonal career. As other human-focused industries, teaching requires the ability for teachers to read, react and adapt to their students needs. However, the extent to which teachers must apply these skills is more important than most professions. The psychology of children and young adults is a necessary understanding teachers must have to successfully and efficiently undertake their tasks of molding their students’ minds.
