| Introduction | Hi, I'm Nisha. I was born and raised in Maharashtra(India).I'm a mom of 2 little ones(10&6).I am a gold medalist in Textile Design and a Fashion Designer.I received the prestigious MMF Award in the year 2000. I had a keen interest in art and craft since childhood and my parents and my sisters were responsible for encouraging and inspiring me always.It was in 1979, when I first received my 1st prize in school for a painting entered for Jaycee's Week. Then later I kept winning many more. Amongst which are Shankar's International Competition, Camel color contest, and many poster competitions. I have taught at NIFD and helped the students design clothes for leading models too. |
