Introduction	I've been involved in the horse industry for more than 30 years. Major interest is equestrian sports but I've worked in horse breeding and racing as well. I moved into staff education for the horse industry in 1985 & was part of the first meeting of training providers to investigate competency based training for Apprentice Jockeys & have been actively contributing ever since. I've worked various horse industry education projects including: development of stewards learning resources, computer based They're Racing" Toolbox, the 2008 equestrian coach e'tools project, TAFE NSW Equine Massage Diploma review & Animal care training package review incl equine dentists, farriers. I was national youth development coord dressage in Australia for 6 yrs, am now DNSW High performance coordinator. I've been the chef d'equipe for yr teams in Aus, NZ and South Africa. Working with horses especially re-schooling I often worked with horse that couldn't move freely (rather than wouldn't) so I now incorporate sports and remedial massage (for horses and riders) into my work load too!
