Introduction	I'm a graduate from University of Kentucky. I've been working in the IT Industry for 12 years now, currently employed by Toyota. I'm in IT Management, responsible for Supply Chain Development & Support. Before working at Toyota, I worked with a Microsoft Solution Provider where I did consulting and training and had an opportunity to co-author 2 books; Microsoft ISA Server 2000 & 2004 Pocket Consultants. I'm a proponent of Lean Mgmt & the promotion of the Toyota Way principles, and I'm a follower of Getting Things Done by David Allen.
