| Introduction | What can I say, I am who I am! I am a mom, a wife, a sister, a daughter, an aunt, a niece, a cousin, a granddaughter and a good friend to all. I have been blessed with 4 beautiful children 3 are homegrown(Austin, Treyton and Cooper)and our daughter, Pala was brought to us through the amazing miracle of adoption. The lord has opened our hearts to international adoption and we are in the process of adopting yet another little girl from India. I have a very supportive husband, Shad, who tries not to gripe too bad every time I come home with a new pair of shoes (which is quite often).lol After almost 14 years of marriage, he has finally learned that it doesn't do him any good anyways... hehehe! I love him more and more each day. Shad has an excellent job and I've been fortunate enough to be a stay at home mom. I'm hoping that my children will appreciate that some day. After losing my cousin to Uterine Sarcoma 5 years ago, I've learned to appreciate the simple things in life and to take each day one at a time with no regrets. So often life passes us by and we forget what's important. |
