| Introduction | I'm a housewife and stay-at-home mom of five terrific children, ages 6 months to 9 years old. Wanting to lose the weight brought on by pregnancy, I started using the Beachbody products. And despite my daily struggles with Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis, I have been able to do the workouts and am seeing results. I was so impressed with my personal experience that I joined the Beachbody team as a Coach in order to help others on their own journey to get fit. |
