| Introduction | I'm a stay at home mom I have 2 boys,Giovanni and Joshua. My husband of 11 years is Vince,I love him for always giving to his family at all cost. My son Gio who is now 10,was diagnosed with autism at 3,since then Gio independently demonstrates new skills learned everyday. Vince and I have placed Gio on the GF/CF diet and currently follow a Biomedical Recovery Plan (DAN). It's the only hope out there for children with autism. Vince and I made a promise as tears filled our sons eyes,as he said "I want talk please" that Lord willing we will do and try anything to hear him speak in any form of communication. So we are on this path and it's working,but we still have a lot of work that needs to be done. As for my son Joshua who is now 3,God is Good!Josh doesn't have autism and we are so blessed I cry out to GOD every day with thanks! He is Gio's best friend and my personal helper. My husband and I have a loving famliy who cares so much for us,that I can finally say that if I should go before my kids,that God loves them more than I can ever love them,that he gave them a great family that will love and care for them as if I had never left. Glory to God in the highest,ABOVE ALL! |
| Interests | I love to travel around the world, I love to play on the floor and get crazy with my boys, I love to go out dancing with my husband have a drink and listen to good music. But most of all I love to teach special needs childen, it gives me so much joy. I give back all that has been giving to me through Gio and his progress these last couple of years. I'm so thankful for all that he can do! |
| Favorite movies | Rain Man, it reminds me of my two boys, Joshua plays the roll of Tom Cruise in the movie in our lives. I Thank God for Joshua everyday, a strong brother to Gio. The Notebook I just love this movie it makes me cry like a baby every time I watch it...Fireproof, it showed me how I need to be a better wife and friend to my husband not by what my understanding of love is, but by Gods will for me to love and to be loved. I thanked God for my husband Vince after this movie, and that I may open my heart to recive The Lord to guide my spirit in the right direction... |
