| Introduction | Portraits of '76 honors my Patriot Ancestors who fought in the American Revolution. As a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, it is my legacy for the 250th anniversary of the Revolution, and the men and women who believed and supported the cause of freedom. I am an amateur genealogist with 20+ years experience researching my family. Through this blog I hope to share some of my research sources and techniques with others researching their own families.
