| Introduction | Mohammad Zafifi Jamaludin has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from University of Bolton and it was a twinning programme with Kolej University SEGI in Kuala Lumpur and also obtained an Executive Diploma in Management in University of Malaya Centre of Continuous Education (UMCced). Mohd Zafifi is 29 years old and is a Malaysian. Mohd Zafifi has almost 10 years successful track record and experience in wide range of industries based in Malaysia. Mohd Zafifi has worked successfully in Retailing, Food and Beverages and Corporate Training Consultant. He has been involved in all these industries since 1997 and has been appointed to be an internal trainer to train new employee when he was in California Pizza Kitchen. Mohd Zafifi has been involved in the Training and Consulting Industry for more than 3 years and is a free lance Facilitator in wide range of knowledge and skills areas such as Training Seminar, Team Building course.
