| Introduction | The Underground is an initiative by a group of people called 'Inner Circle'. The main idea of the Underground is to discover talents and bring them into the limelight and provide publicity to get their music out there. We have identified that publicity is always the problem for aspiring artistes and that is where we step in. The underground creates an atmosphere of relaxation, social networking and general appreciation of music. |
