Introduction After many adventures I have had the chance to continue my education, finish up a degree in psychology, and would love to someday combine my love for art while working with our elders & helping those with Alzheimer's, specifically. Going back to school gave me the confidence to go beyond comfort zones, meet many new people, and express myself in a more constructive way. I love color and appreciate how different cultures use color as a means of expression. I have an undying attraction to all things Eastern- art, textiles, food, philosophy. I enjoy learning about our minds through meditation, Buddhist thought, psychology, & neurology while integrating that knowledge in an unpretentious practical way. After 17 years of going our separate ways, I recently reunited with, and got engaged, to the cute boy at work who taught me how to safely use the meat slicer in a Provincetown deli. I never thought those love stories were really possible. He is a very patient man, given I am a sea faerie at heart who always has 'projects' started all over most surfaces of our home (until there is a guest).
Interests making stuff, all things Art, beaded jewelry making, acrylic paint, furniture refurbishing, dreamcatchers, sculpture, sewing, photography, finding muses, cooking, baking, writing, yoga meditation, meditating, being a 'foodie', learning anything new, creating, growing things, laughing- a lot-, and always returning to Cape Cod; where I left my soul in the P-town sands & the Wellfleet oceans
