I have created this blog with the intention of shedding light onto the mucky and murky parts of life that is not often talked about on the daily, and furthermore tends to be quite uncomfortable for most, and in fact shunned from some... I was a heroin addict and lived in darkness for many years of my life and have been through things that landed me at a place where I was shackled by self disgust, shame and guilt for Such a long time, even years after I put the needle down, I didn’t think I’d ever be worthy of feeling real happiness and a sense of worth after all I’d been through and done. I hired therapists, counselors, and coaches to help me along the way and have since found a better understanding and love for myself I never knew possible! My mission now is to extend a hand to anyone that wants to step out of that heavy, isolated, darkness and walk into the light together!
