| Introduction | THE SYSTEM was created to determine a horse's form COMING INTO a particular race. The number representing a horse on a particular day WILL change from race to race. For example, 'Horse A' can register an '8' in one start and say a '4' in the next. Conditions along with the horse's speed, class, and consistency help contribute to determining a System rating. |
