| Introduction | I'm Michele a forty something mother of three almost grown kids :( I"ve been married 3 years now to my wonderful hubby Paul. I find with each year my kids get older and more independent I have to find more and more to keep me busy. My passion is cooking, I love to be in the kitchen creating new and exciting dishes. My daughters used to share my passion but as they get older the less they enjoy being in the kitchen with me. I would love to open a restaurant one day but until then I will keep practicing in my kitchen! |
