| Introduction | I'm learning how to cook kosherly, gluten-free and dairy free while maintaining taste. I'm an amateur chef, student, & foodie! I believe that my soul is allergic to non-kosher food and just as my body is just as allergic to gluten as my soul is to treif. I went GF on August 2nd, 2011, after 6+ years of severe diarrhea, stomach aches, and numbness. My health problems got to the point that travel was difficult, lwork was hard, and I felt terrible. I was diagnosed as being gluten-intolerant and dairy-intolerant. I was told that if I wanted to ever get better and heal, that I had to give up gluten. So, I had my last sandwich, cried, and started googling gluten-free recipes. The purpose of this blog is to share recipes and ingredients tips. I would love to hear from anyone about GF and kosher. I am not a doctor, a rabbi, or a nutritionist. I hope that anyone reading the blog will find it interesting and feel free to contact me! Add me on Facebook-the GF Kosher Chef! |
