| Introduction | I am a part-time English professor at Kent State Salem, Ohio. I have been married for 28 years and have two grown children: Jamie, who is married to Josh Davis and who has a three month old daughter named Kennedy, and Derek, who is a student at Kent State Salem studying computer technology. I am now 56 years old and retired from public education. I taught English and French for 30 years, 25 of them in the East Palestine, Ohio School District.
