There is a lot to know about this sport and often times it can be overwhelming and frustrating. By no means am I an expert in the sport, but I feel I have some to offer for those interested in getting into the sport. If you want a coach to help you maximize your performance I would be happy to give you a name! I love this sport and am a better person for it.
