Introduction I have been involved in fitness for about four years now. My wife and I decided that we wanted to lose weight, After I lost 60lbs and my wife lost 80lbs we realised that fitness and eatting right had become a life style. We got married on June 27th in 2009 and it has been the best decision of my life. Throught out those four years I went from following plans on Men's Health Magazine to various programs for strength, Total Body Training (TBT), Strong Lifts 5x5 ect. I then moved onto hard style kettlebell and started Enter the Kettlebell (ETK) program by Pavel. I have had some lower back issues in the past and thought I should take some time off of weights and focus on body weight stuff. From there I found TACFIT Commando and that took me right into RMAX and CST. I think I have found where I would like to stay. I was a member at a gym but I found the light and set up a small gym at home. Right now because it summer I pretty much train outside but when the snow comes I will have to move it to the basement gym. I love training at home.
