Introduction	Hi everyone. I'm Karon & I'm now 40 years young. I've been with my wonderful partner, Russ for 6 years & have a 15 year old son, Ryan. I turned 40 in July 2010. I hated the thought of turning 40 & I really didn't want to be 'fat & 40'. On January 14th 2009 I joined WW for what must be the 30th time in the last 20 years. Hopefully, this is the last time. I know nearly all there is to know about dieting. After all I'm an expert, I've been dieting on & off for the last 20 years. I've had a long time to learn. I've just got to put all my knowledge into practice. Simple really... So why am I a size 24/26 & not a size 10/12? Trouble is I love my food. I turn to food when I'm happy & when I'm sad. I just love it. So why should this time be any different? I’ve purchased a monthly pass, using the WW message boards, I’ve joined a few groups for added help & support. I'm a lot more positive & determined this time. It's not going to come off in 6 months. There's no miracle weight loss pills that shifts the weight over night. It’s going to be a long 'trek' with a few bumps along the way & this is just the beginning of a long & difficult journey xx
