| Introduction | I love beautiful things. I have a diverse collection of beads, glassware, oriental vases, dishes and serving pieces. Embracing my creative side reminds me of the beauty in life especially in difficult times like these. I believe we collect and gather things of beauty around ourselves that are as unique as our individual fingerprints. What we see as being beautiful and what gives us happiness must be honored in our homes. I don't believe in many design rules. I am fulfilled and content when I create a beautiful room, a piece of jewelry or a flower arrangment that speaks to my heart and soul. I love to use cherished items collected over the years and then add an element of surprise. Getting rid of anything is difficult for me...I believe in using things up. So, I enjoy taking things I've owned for many years and things my mother had in her home and using it again in a new and fresh way. |
