| Introduction | This category always causes me to pause. What do I want the public (mostly my friends and family, but maybe the occasional random) to know about me; furthermore, how does one accurately describe something as complex as identity in 1200 characters or less? When pressed, I'd summarize thus: I'm a geek--I like sci-fi, I like fantasy, I like researching things that interest me. Professionally, I'd say I'm a college instructor, but for 2010 I'm on a self-imposed sabbatical. I'm a daughter and a sister, though sometimes not a very good one.
