Introduction	When cooking technique and creativeness meets each other, the rest are just simply history. I had a conversation once with Bic (a young talented chef from Bangkok Shangri la) about five basic taste buds for human: sweetness, bitterness, sourness, saltiness and umami. When it comes to food, this theory reminds me awareness in flavors. I am not a food critic but purely someone who loves food. This blog is a place where I share with you.
