| Introduction | I have over 21 years of technical experience in the telecom industry from both the IT/telecom manager to manager of Network Operations for Cellcom’s New Game division and technical advisor for WI-SAT Global Networks. Last year I served as a grant reviewer for the US Department of Commerce Broadband Initiatives (BIP) Program and Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP).
