Introduction I am a happily married woman of 27 years. I lived in Florida for 40 years and moved to Tn in 2000. We lived in the city of Brentwood for 6 years and move to Leiper's Fork in May of 2007. We have been in the country for about six years now on a 7.24 acre farm. We call it Dash Home Farm. Da-for Dave and Sh-for Sharon. We live in a victorian farmhouse made to look old(it acts old). We love the community of Leiper's Fork and the quaintness of the town (no lights).
Interests photography, photos, images, pictures, antique postcards, my children and their children, gardening, outdoor anything, bird feeding and watching, my five wonderful dogs(maggie, buster brown, & bronte', beatrice and lylah), hockey, ballet, scrapbooking, hand written notes, oh yes i forgot (duh) about painting--- i love to paint, anything pottery, oils, acrylics, watercolour, baskets, walls, well you get the picture....
Favorite Movies bright star, little dorrit, jane eyre, lorna doone, wuthering heights, pride and prejudice, Braveheart, miss pettigrew lives for a day, enchanted, Possession, Little Women, Benny and Joon, finding neverland, Miss Potter, master and commander, cranford, anything Poiret, etc...
Favorite Music fleet foxes, mumford and sons, priscilla ahn, jon foreman, zac williams, adele, juliette commagere', Feist, brightest diamond, Sarah Brightman, Michael Buble', Frou frou, jack johnson, louis armstrong, Carol King, ELO, Regina Spektor, Nat King Cole, Enya(every night to go to sleep), Norah Jones, Little River Band, over the rhine, rene stahl, the list goes on...
Favorite Books Little Women, Jane Eyre, mansfield park, great garden companions, legacy of the puppy, faith food devotions, gardenhouse bringing the outside in, summer cottages, relaxing on the porch, one hundred seashells, country wisdom & know-how, love to use all my field guides for ideas and identifying, i love to read the magazine 'Real Simple'
