| Introduction | We extend an invitation to join us in this endeavor. There have been several sincere attempts to help resolve our church's prevailing problems in order to create an environment that promotes peace and collaborative coexistence filled with love and Christian values. The Board has steadfastly refused to even have a dialogue, despite the efforts by elders and other concerned ad hoc committees, including our team (2010 Yeselam Committee)The only path to a lasting resolution is through collaborative approach.
