| Introduction | Welcome to my blog! I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and have a strong commitment to sharing my passion---FITNESS! I dedicate each day to helping others become fit, as I believe fitness is a lifestyle and not a quick fix or trend. My mission is to give my clients the tools to not only succeed in accomplishing their fitness goals, but to enjoy themselves as they make a permanent lifestyle change. In addition to being a wife and mother of 3, I hold a Bachelor of Business Degree in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas. I am also an AFAA Certified Group Excercise Instructor, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, a Cooper Institute Master Fitness Specialist and Advanced Personal Trainer and a Schwinn Certifited Indoor Cycling Instuctor. I also hold the title of Personal Trainer of the Year for 2009,2010, and 2011.
