| Introduction | After leaving my banking career in London, I set out on a world trip to explore, learn and grow. I've been traveling on an off since 2005 and the journey has taken me to many amazing places with so many lessons along the way. What I've learned so far in life is that each experience and person we meet is an opportunity to look deeper within ourselves. Life is composed of many mirrors where we see our reflection in everyone and everything. We're the architects! Sometimes the reflection is difficult for us to digest if the image is unpleasant. Sometimes the reflection is beautiful but whatever the projection there is always a lesson to be learned. As one continues to look outside for the answers through teachers, books, movies for meaning of life it causes suffering because the answer is right inside ourselves. The only truth there is - is to truly know yourself on the inside and love what you find! When this happens everything changes. |
