Introduction | I hold a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Michigan State University College of Law, Class of 2009, with a Concentration in Tax Law. I also hold an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs of Syracuse University. I own Skinner Industries, a consulting firm in Red Oak, Texas, specializing in arbitration, negotiation, mediation, business planning, micro-enterprise development and reorganizing failing businesses. I am a certified arbitrator with the Better Business Bureau, have completed the Texas 40 hour Basic Mediation Course, the 30 hour Advanced Family Mediation Course, and I formerly acted as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Children in the 65th District Court of Texas. I am a President Emeritus of the MSU Conservative Law Society (I was President of the Society and VP of Finance for the MSU Federalist Society from December 2006 to March 2009). |
