| Introduction | we love food.that's where this manifested. we love to cook. that's where this came to life. greg is a chef that has been in the industry for over 15 years. his passion for food has carried him through his career to many different places. he has specialized in meats from all over the world, as well as ran his own kitchen, where he created his own daily menu. his experience has given him an extensive knowledge of food techniques and pairings. bbq and smoke house, however, are his specialty. having a smoker on our balcony, and bbq season quickly approaching, you can count on his creations to be succulent, seasonal, and flavorful. vee is the bartender version of our perfect pairing. her specialty is caesars, and she may even share a recipe or two. she loves to cook and takes a lot of her inspiration from greg where she has learned most of her techniques and flare for spontaneity. we look forward to contributions from friends like: toni, a truly fantastic cook. as well as a true lover of food. her flare for flavor and personal style will ensure her contributions of great value to queen st. kitchen. she keeps it real in the east end of the city. |
