| Introduction | I am a connoisseur of good eats! |
| Interests | Food! Any great restaurant, anywhere in the world, in any price range. I eat out quite often and thoroughly enjoy the dining out experience. I do have experience working in the front of the house (serving and tending bar) as well as some light line cook experience. I have had the pleasure of dining at 4 separate Michelin Star restaurants and am looking forward to more! While Michelin Stars are nice, it's equally wonderful to find a perfect mid level restaurant to call home. Bottom line - the food is where it's at, flavor is king! I do feel that it is equally important to know where the food comes from and how it is prepared. Origin is crucial as well as cooking methods. Having said that, I enjoy learning about food and wine as well as consuming it. |
