| Introduction | I am so many things, and also just me. I have three children: Cameron Kate, who is 9... and after multiple losses and a tough battle with secondary infertility, I have my Everette. And then - surprise! - I have the caboose, Brooks. I love Jesus, cupcakes, running, binge-watching television, happy hour, green olives, the beach, cake batter ice cream, a good book, to-do lists, and cookie dough. I hate being late, not having a plan, dressing up, and cooking. I'm constantly working on slowing down and letting go of perfection and of being in control ~ especially when my world was ripped out from underneath me, and I was taken down a path I never thought I'd know... life as a divorced, single, full-time-working-mama of three tiny humans. Through the darkest valleys, I leaned into God and leaned onto my faith. And then. God's plans came to fruition... I am now engaged to the love of my life... set to become a bonus mom to his four incredible children. Stay tuned as one plus one becomes nine!! |
