Introduction	I have always loved photography but didn't really get into it (or even understand it) until about three years ago. Once I really found it, my world opened up in unexpected ways. I grew up in a small city on Vancouver Island, Canada and I never dreamed, that I could possibly make it as far as I have. I didn't even consider dreaming of going to New York let alone living here. in college my professor nonchalantly asked if I would consider doing my internship in NY. I instantly perked up and I started to dream, to really dream. And a year later my dreams - they had become real. ...I often look back and I think of the quote "Sometimes the dreams that come true are the dreams you never knew you had"
Interests	PHOTOGRAPHY (photojournalism, culture & society, architecture, art, weddings and portraits), reading (anything captivating), blogging (about life), radio documentaries (coming up with a good idea and creating) and film (watching and editing). -There is something amazing about seeing something in a million pieces all come together.
