| Introduction | A desire to make life better for his delegates and produce great results for his client companies are the things that motivate Steve in his training and development work. Formerly a senior complaints manager for an international financial services company, resolving regulated complaints on pensions and life insurance products using empathy and interpersonal skills as well as business understanding, Steve was involved in resolving sensitive complaints, often involving media interest. After discovering a love of training, Steve became a senior management development consultant and then left to work as a freelance consultant. He has worked with delegates from a variety of organisations and backgrounds, both in this country and internationally. As well as being an approachable and engaging facilitator, Steve is also a great business consultant, with a focus on producing great results and return on investment for his clients. |
