| Introduction | I am a bridger into the non-profit world. I come into this via 7 years of telecom engineering work and a hiatus. About 6 years ago, I decided to take time-off from my paid career to raise my two daughters. In the meantime, I explored new paths that I could forge. I re-entered the wonderful world of volunteering with a few different local non-profits. The culmination was a year long immersion into non-profit management at HandsOn Bay Area.
