| Introduction | I was diagnosed with Epilepsy when I was eight years old. It would be under control, then out of control. In 2005 they seizures were so bad that I underwent testing to see if I was a candidate to have surgery, in which the section of my brain causing the seizures could be effectively removed. I was a candidate, and the surgery worked. I have now been seizure free for almost nine years, but it has been a long nine years. |
