| Introduction | Email billandlyndahandley@gmail.com After spending 36 years in International Banking I decided to leave due to illness and fatigue ( I got sick and tired of it). Could also see which way the wind was blowing in the financial world and didn't want to be around when someone decided to say "The Kings got no Clothes". My wife Lynda and I had always loved sailing and skiing but work had got in the way. Now we had the chance we bought a house in Cornwall UK and another in Fernie BC. We now live 7 months of the year in the UK sailing in the summer and 5 months of the year in Fernie BC skiing every day. One of my groups of visitors are my Irish sailing buddies ( you can imagine what that week is like) This year they bought me this, my own domain name. I don't have any intention of doing the BLOG in the summer when I am sailing as no one will be interested in that. I do intend to keep a daily BLOG of skiing in Fernie so that my friends can keep up with what is going on particularly those who are about to visit and want to check on conditions. This BLOG will be my personal take on what I have skied and seen on the hill and in the bar afterwards. |
