Introduction	I love fitness and working out, whether it is running, cycling, lifting weights, obstacle races it doesn't matter I love to do it all. Fitness has become my obsession, my passion, my hobby and my life...and it has literally given me my life back. My philosophy for life can be summed up in the following quote: "Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention to arrive safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to… skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming: Wow!!
