| Introduction | I have been advising and coaching executives and project teams for over 35 years. Assignments have included persuasion, power, leadership, conflict resolution, strategic direction, and promotion. In addition I have provided advanced sales training, project training, and facilitated teams in marketing, production, IT, and R&D. Clients have included Alcoa, American Airlines, AT&T, American Express Bank Intl., Citibank, Christie’s, Dayton-Hudson, Kroger, Lubrizol, Norton, Phoenix Home Life, RH Donnelley, Macy, Tektronix, Wilson Learning, and Xerox. Included also are the NY New Media Association, National Retail Merchants Association, Ohio Center for Technology & Industry, Princeton Educational Testing Service, and the Woodrow Wilson School of International Affairs at Princeton University. In the public sector: White House Office of Management & Budget, US-HUD, NASA, and US-DOA. My career started with Xerox Learning Division of Xerox as Director of Product Development.
