| Introduction | I created this blog to continue my food addiction healing which holds much more than just putting food in my mouth. Within those little two words are things such as balancing brain chemisty by eating right, exercising, working on learning to really love and cherish myself and others, and on and on. I look forward to all of us sharing about this very subtle and dibiltating disease of addiction; and personally for me, one of the greatest teachers in my life. |
