| Introduction | As you reminisce on your childhood, you are often taken back to the distant memories of your grandmothers cooking. She constantly spends long hours in the kitchen whipping up a family favorite with no complaints. As the family gathers around the table they look at the feast they are about to indulge in, knowing that grandma never fails. Grandma Dolly is considered the families and communities favorite cook. Every dish she creates you know there is love in every ounce. Recently she has been mailing me her recipes that I will forever keep and share to my children and grandchildren. My goal is to twice a month cook two dishes, share them with you, and also share my memories relating to the dish ( I may also throw in a dish or two of my own)! |
