| Introduction | Taliyah is a Ph.D. in Psychology and Chair of the Public Committee for Professional Certification in Public Relations. Taliyah graduated from the Faculty of Psychology, Moscow State University, postgraduate study at the Institute of Psychology of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Since 1989 she has been engaged in organizational consulting and PR. She worked in the personnel department of a large machine-building plant in the Moscow region, as an assistant professor at the Department of Social Psychology at the Russian Academy of Public Service, as a co-director of many PR agencies. In 2011, she established and headed the Communication Management Agency. She is a participant and leader of about 200 consulting and PR projects. Taliyah is the author of over 50 publications on the psychology of communications, business PR, and political consulting. |
