| Introduction | My name is Cassidy. I like to laugh, be in the sunshine, dance abundantly, savor the seasons and make decisions by the seat of my pants. But above all, I cook. Not just out of love, but as a necessity. Sautéing onions to translucent perfection keeps me balanced. Flipping the cast iron just when the bubbles on a high-fluffed pancake pop, is why I wake up on Saturday mornings. I care about many things, but I live for the chance to prepare a heartfelt meal.
