Introduction	I love to cook (it must be those ancient memories that run through my first-generation Italian-American veins), and I love to celebrate the process of making a good meal. Therapy for me is a lazy Sunday afternoon with a pot of sauce simmering on the stove, good tunes in the background, a glass of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo and my Main Squeeze nearby, working the KitchenAid. In addition to being the Enjoy! editor at the Poughkeepsie Journal, I also produce the weekly Busy Cook page and Cuisine of the Hudson Valley, a magazine devoted to food and local cuisine.
