Introduction	Hi there! I'm Jacquelyn and I'm just your simple teenage Veghead! For those of you who don't know, that means that I'm a vegan! I grew up in a completely carnivorous family and one day had an epiphany that, 'No I do not have to live this way, infact, I'm going to live the complete opposite'! Since before I can remember, I have always wanted to get my hands dirty in a kitchen. &Since becoming a total health nut, I figured, that 'hey, maybe I should put the two together'! I am currently a senior working on my "senior project", and I am going to be documenting my journey throughout this "project", right here! I am giving you the full freedom to look-in on my journey and make any comments you feel necessary. Thanks for joining me on my quest!
