| Introduction | I've been athletic most of my life and somewhere in there after one of my many bike accidents became interested in kinesiology. The problem was that I never did anything about it. Thanks to corporate America feeling that people in other countries can build things better than we can, I changed my profession to a field I had a passion for and decided to become a personal trainer.
