| Introduction | I am 24 years old, studying to become a chef. I love to cook as well as eat. I enjoy going out and trying new restaurants. Having worked in a restaurant in both the front and back of house, I have come to have certain expectations. I expect a smile when you walk in, your server to not be a complete idiot, your food to be cooked correctly and to order, and for your food to be presented well. In this blog, I hope to share some of my experiences as well as try out some recipes and hopefully get some feedback on what the world thinks. I know that everyone loves different types of food, and styles. My style is usually "home cooking," though I enjoy a nice fancy meal every once in a while, sitting at home with a plate of enchiladas or a nice cup of soup is still the best. My philosophy is that food should make you happy, and so should the eating experience. From the moment you sit down to when you get that plate of amazingness that you ordered, the look, the smell, and that first bite, oh that first bite that decides the fate of the rest of the evening! i do love that first bite... |
